I was in town for a business conference and stayed for four nights. The hotel had clean rooms and easy parking. Its location near the highway made it convenient for travel. The staff was polite and accommodating. Despite being surrounded by other hotels with bad reputations, this Holiday Inn Express exceeded my expectations.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Comfortable bed, friendly front desk, convenient location near Austin Capitol, good breakfast. Property may need minor repairs but overall a wonderful stay. Helpful and polite staff. 13 minutes drive to downtown.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express for a short business trip. The room was clean and warm, and I appreciated the convenience of having a bathtub for my little kids to bath. The bed was great, and the blanket was perfect. The breakfast was good, and one of the staff members even accommodated a special request I made. the hotel was clean and comfortable, and everything was organized nicely.

Spacious rooms with fridge and microwave. Clean restroom with full-size shampoo and conditioner. Attentive and detail-oriented staff went above and beyond. Convenient location near I-35 with plenty of restaurant choices at affordable prices. Excellent bonus of a balcony. Firm yet comfortable king bed. Large area to set things out, ample desk, and a small couch with table. Great value for the spacious rooms.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The room I was initially given had a strong urine smell, but the front desk immediately moved us to a clean and odor-free suite. The suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a luxurious bathroom complete with Dove shower products. The bed was incredibly comfortable and made for a relaxing stay. Despite the initial issue, the hotel staff were helpful and accommodating.

The location was perfect with easy access to UT and downtown. Great variety at breakfast, especially the homemade cinnamon buns on Sundays. The staff were helpful and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, larger than other hotels, with a balcony and comfortable bed. I keep returning for the amazing stay. The friendly staff once helped me with an insect bite. The amenities like Wi-Fi, fitness center, and breakfast suit me perfectly. Coming back for the New Year!

Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast at the hotel was like stepping into a fairy tale. The fresh fruit was so ripe, it was practically bursting with flavor, and the warm cinnamon rolls were like fluffy clouds of happiness. It was the perfect start to my day, setting the tone for a delightful stay.

Curtains: Some curtains in the room looked a bit worn, but a small issue considering the overall great experience.
