The spacious rooms provide a comfortable sleeping quarters and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a satisfactory service. Guests can enjoy the convenience of washing facilities for both dishes and clothes. The overall layout of the apartment is open and airy, with wooden floors adding a nice touch.

One negative aspect is the lack of daily or twice weekly cleaning service, which can be inconvenient for longer stays.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently close to many tourist attractions and only a short distance from the subway station. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, even upgrading us to a larger suite on short notice. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, providing us with a spacious and cozy atmosphere that truly made us feel at home.

Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even finding us a quieter room when we requested it.

The coffee making facilities were basic and no coffee was provided, but luckily there was an excellent cafe across the road. the gym was also basic, although the equipment was clean and modern.

We loved our stay at AKA White House! The 2 bedroom suite was gorgeous and modern. The view was amazing, and it was just a short walk to the White House. The staff gave us great advice on nearby restaurants and bars, and Mary at the front desk was incredible. The location was perfect for exploring all the major attractions in DC. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in the city.

We had an amazing experience here. This place is located within walking distance to most of the major attractions here, and there are great restaurants nearby such as the Kellari Taverna. The staff here is beyond friendly, from the front desk team to the bartenders to the housekeepers. They were willing to accommodate our special request and go out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The room amenities were excellent, including a kitchen, dining bar/lounge area, terrace, and free Wi-Fi in rooms. We were impressed with the laundry and dry cleaning services provided, as well as the leisure/TV room and fitness centre.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with nice and modern furniture. The kitchen facilities were very useful and the gym had modern equipment. The location was superb, right next to the White House and only a 20-minute walk to the Mall and the Convention Center. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The spacious and bright unit was a relief after a long day. Two TVs, ample wardrobe space, and 1.5 bathrooms were great. the location was superb, with two bakeries nearby and excellent restaurants within walking distance. the subway was less than 5 minutes away and Uber could easily pick us up at the front entrance. the staff were friendly and professional.

The noise from the air-conditioning units in the neighboring building made the rooftop terrace unbearable on hot days. the doors in the unit needed to be slammed shut.

We stayed at AKA White House for a week while exploring the city. The hotel's location near the White House and the metro made it a perfect base for sightseeing. The staff were kind and helped us find parking and unload our luggage. The spacious rooms, with a kitchen, dining, and living area, were clean and comfortable. Having laundry facilities in the apartment was a great convenience. it was worth the price and we would definitely come back.
