The heated pool was nice and the breakfast had a lot of options. The hot tub wasn’t working during our stay, which was disappointing.

Friendly staff and a great breakfast. The games room is a nice touch. The fitness center was lacking as the treadmill was out of order.

The location of the hotel was really convenient for us during Christmas. It was close to the beautiful Boise River Greenbelt, which we enjoyed walking along. Additionally, there was a Mexican restaurant nearby that we liked, although it was closed for the holiday.

One downside was that there weren't enough gluten-free options for breakfast, and we would have liked a dairy-free milk choice too. Another issue was that the room we stayed in shared a wall with the elevator, making it quite noisy throughout the day and evening.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and there is a Mexican restaurant nearby. The beds are comfortable, and the staff is helpful. The breakfast provided is very good.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The value for money was fantastic and the room was super clean and comfy. The location was perfect, right across from a big park with electric scooters for rent. The staff treated us like family and were so friendly and professional.

The only thing that could've made the morning meal better is if there were more options for vegetarians.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express for our appointment at St. Lukes hospital. The location was perfect and the free parking and Wifi were great. The bed was comfortable and the room had nice amenities. The staff was helpful in finding the beautiful park across the street and even allowed us to have an early check-in. We will definitely be coming back.

As young holiday goers, we loved the friendly and professional staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and spacious bathrooms. The pool area looked amazing, but unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to use it. The bathroom had bottles fixed to the shower wall with shampoo and body wash, which was a nice touch. we had a great stay and enjoyed the experience.

Located near a beautiful river walkway and within a short distance of downtown, this hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere. Spacious rooms provide comfortable beds with soft and firm pillows labeled accordingly. The bathroom is nicely appointed and the breakfast selection is delicious. Guests can enjoy mountain views from the rooms.
