We were really impressed with this hotel. It was well located to downtown and within walking distance of everything we needed. The staff here were great, from the front desk to the housekeepers. Tanya, Sarah, and the front desk gentleman were all so helpful and welcoming. We were pleased with the variety of amenities provided in the rooms, from the microwave and refrigerator to the flat-screen TV and air conditioning.

Amazing staff, prompt service, extra beds and sheets provided, TV fixed promptly, kind and helpful cleaning staff, valet service is excellent. Great location near shops and restaurants. Helpful front desk even in early hours and cold weather. Convenient grab & go breakfast option. Rooms equipped with fridge and microwave. Good view of the street. Close to attractions and easily accessible by trolley.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites for a weekend getaway to explore downtown Memphis. The hotel's location was perfect, facing the park on Main Street and just a short walk to Beale St. Alternatively, we could catch the tram for just $1! The atmosphere at the hotel was great, and I especially loved our room with a balcony. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the city. It was close to many area attractions and downtown sights. The room was comfortable and had nice amenities, including a coffee maker and refrigerator. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating.

One negative aspect was that the cable went out during my stay due to the weather.

Great location, easy access to trolley and nearby shops/restaurants. Spacious room for 5 people with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Friendly and professional staff, no issues during weekend stay. Will consider for future visits.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, especially Tonya at check-in and Ollie Speraman. They were incredibly nice and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the location was also great, as it was convenient to everything downtown and right in front of a park and trolley that runs along the main street. We were able to enjoy the jazz music, great restaurants, and bars on Beale Street, which was just a short walk away. Additionally, we loved the fact that we could watch the fireworks shows right outside our hotel, across the street.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, right on Main St across from a peaceful park. It was close enough to all the attractions and downtown activities in this city. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious rooms that were clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the transportation options were convenient, with the trolley lines nearby and buses covering the routes while the trolleys were being renovated.

The staff at Springhill Suites was amazing! They were so kind and went out of their way to help me and my family. We were traveling with four kids and needed an extra bed and sheets, and they sent them up to our room right away. the handyman promptly fixed our TV when it stopped working. the best part was when a kind gentleman saw my disappointment at the lack of cookies in the lobby, he reassured me that there would be more soon. And sure enough, we received a call letting us know that there were hot, fresh cookies available. the valet people were also extremely nice. the room itself was spacious with a small lounge area and two queen size beds, which was perfect for our family. the breakfast was good and they even had free guest laundry facilities. Plus, the location was walking distance to downtown attractions. everything was great and we had a wonderful experience at the hotel!

The location was excellent for us, right in downtown and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The hotel had recently been renovated and it was a lot better than my expectations. The service from the staff was top-notch, and the basic amenities provided were sufficient for our needs. it was a great experience.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. It was great to have a kitchenette area, even though I didn't use it, it was an added convenience. The hotel's location was key - it was just a few steps away from all the downtown activities and attractions. Being able to easily walk to nearby places was a major advantage.

There were a few things that I didn't like about my stay. the elevators were either too slow or there weren't enough of them, which meant long waits and sometimes having to use the stairs.

What a great stay! This hotel provides good value for money. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, the rooms were always kept so clean, and they had the best complimentary breakfast with varied items including healthy options! The location couldn't have been better if you want to be in the downtown area with a view of the bridge and the sofa bed was a nice touch.
