Impressive architectural design, beautiful ambiance in the restaurant, excellent location near the ferry port

The inconsistency in room amenities is disappointing!!! A non-functional Nespresso machine, lack of basic tea preparation tools, and unclean corridor carpets do not align with the luxurious expectations!!! Maintenance is clearly needed!!!

We absolutely love the hotel's prime location, just a stone's throw away from the lively fish market and surrounded by charming attractions like the historic Bryggen wharf. The extensive breakfast buffet is a feast for the senses, offering a delightful selection of fresh and local delicacies. The friendly staff are always ready to help, ensuring we feel welcomed and comfortable during our stay.

The shower over the bath is quite challenging and not suitable for those with mobility issues.

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially with the hotel's prime location just a few steps from the vibrant fish market and around half a kilometer from the historic Bryggen wharf, making it super easy to explore all the landmarks on foot. The breakfast experience was delightful with fresh local delicacies to start each day right.

I loved the spacious Junior King Suite, and the beds were super comfortable! Breakfast was the best I had in Norway! Service was a bit slow during evening drinks, though.

bors is super central and easy to reach. loved the stunning breakfast in the frescohallen. the hotel has a nice design, and the friendly staff made our stay even better. plus, it’s close to the tourist information center, perfect for excursions.

the gym was great with a squat rack and decent weights available. the corridors twist like a maze, can be a bit disorienting.

The breakfast area was not only beautiful but the staff was super friendly, and the hotel is just a few steps from the iconic Bryggen wharf and less than a 5-minute walk to the famous Floibanen funicular, making it so easy to explore and enjoy everything this charming city has to offer. however, the room access via stairs was a bit inconvenient, especially for carrying luggage around.
