I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Cedar Springs for a weekend getaway. The hotel was super clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Unlike other hotels, the breakfast here was not just the standard boxes of cereal and stale bagels. They offered a variety of cold and hot options that were delicious. The location was perfect, situated in a nice small town away from the hustle and bustle, yet still close enough to go into Grand Rapids if desired. I loved the variety of not too busy restaurant selections in downtown Cedar. The fitness room and pool were exceptional, and the rooms were comfy and clean. I especially appreciated the little details like the shampoo and conditioner on the wall and the ledge for my foot in the shower, which showed that the hotel was mindful of women's needs. The staff, especially Mike and the general manager Josh, went above and beyond to accommodate our family and made our stay the best hotel experience we've ever had. We will definitely be returning and raving about our stay to our friends and family.

The room size was great, and it was very clean. the staff was super helpful and the manager even assisted me from my room to the car. Another advantage was the excellent breakfast with a variety of cold and hot options. Plus, the location was key as it was conveniently located near a gas station.

The conversations with the employees were concerning. Nobody gave me a straight answer about my bill and it ended up costing over $500 for a two-day stay.

The location in a quiet small town was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle, yet still convenient for visiting Grand Rapids. The downtown area offered a variety of restaurants that were not too crowded. Additionally, the hotel had regular coffee available throughout the day, which was a nice alternative to the long lines at the nearby Bigbee Coffee.

One slight inconvenience we experienced was the difficulty in obtaining a copy of our receipt. We were told at check-out that it would take an hour to receive it, which was inconvenient when traveling.

" Despite my mobility challenges due to MS, the staff, especially the manager Josh, went out of their way to assist me. The breakfast was outstanding with a variety of options for both kids and adults. The friendly and helpful staff made this the best hotel experience we've ever had. We'll definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to our friends and family!

During our stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Cedar Springs - Grand Rapids N, An Ihg, we felt at home and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service and answered all our questions. The variety of options for breakfast was impressive and catered to everyone's taste. The hotel was also great for families and had amenities for kids. We would definitely consider coming back, even if it meant going a little out of our way.

One minor inconvenience was that the coffee cups were too hot to hold without a cover. It would be nice if the hotel provided cup covers to prevent any discomfort.
