During my recent stay, I faced a couple of issues with cleanliness upon arrival, such as dirty socks found on the floor and insufficient supplies in the bathroom. However, the staff took care of all my needs promptly when I reported the problems. I appreciated their willingness to assist at any time. I enjoyed the kitchenette in the room, which made it easy to prepare meals. Being an art historian, I like to explore local culture after a day of work.

Front desk service delays could definitely be improved!!! It’s a shame there’s no restaurant on-site, and I found the parking lot layout confusing!!! More attention to housekeeping would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience!!!

TownePlace Suites in Carlsbad felt like coming home after a long day—imagine a warm hug from Aunt Edna while she serves your favorite home-cooked meal! The spacious Queen Studio had a kitchenette that was more equipped than my first apartment, including a fridge that could double as a tiny guestroom. Breakfast was a delightful spread, and the staff seemed to sprinkle a bit of joy into everything they did, almost as if they were part-time entertainers at a circus.

Minor housekeeping issues.

Had an absolute blast discovering the local shabu-shabu scene! The full kitchenette in our room made whipping up late-night snacks super easy after long hiking days. Breakfast was a delight, with a fantastic spread that fueled our adventures!

While enjoying our stay, I did notice some wear and tear—scrape marks on the walls, a bit of carpet bunching, and some pesky road noise. Thankfully, the HVAC's 'ON' switch helped drown it out. A soft close toilet seat would’ve been a nice touch too!

The parking layout could use better signage!!! Housekeeping standards seem inconsistent at best, and there were frequent noise disturbances. An upgrade in pool cleanliness wouldn’t hurt either!!!

I loved the spacious two-bedroom suite that felt like a home away from home! The outdoor seating area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns. The complimentary breakfast was a delicious start to the day, with great options like fresh pastries and hearty omelets.
