The staff were warm and welcoming, and the location was convenient for MUSC.

I booked a room with two queen beds but got one queen and a sofabed. The access door didn't lock properly, and the parking situation was a hassle with limited spaces.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charleston Dwtn -Westedge, I encountered a flooding situation due to heavy rainstorms. However, the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff made all the difference. They went above and beyond to assist me with changing my restaurant reservation and even called a taxi for me. The front desk staff also had a tracker for the trolley, ensuring minimal waiting time. In particular, Alfonso was extremely helpful in securing a parking spot and assisting with our luggage. The room we stayed in was one of the two available suites and it was absolutely outstanding. It was clean, spacious, and offered breathtaking views. The breakfast provided was also very good with a variety of options. Although the hotel's location may not be convenient for those with young children, if you are looking for exceptional service and value, I highly recommend this hotel.

As a budget traveler, I was pleased with the affordable rates offered by the hotel. The beds in the room were comfortable, and it was easy to adjust the temperature to my liking. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Charleston. The room was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was first class, offering a wide variety of options. The staff, especially Diedra at the front desk, were friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel's proximity to the hospitals and downtown area was a true value, despite not having the most scenic views.

There was a slight disappointment with the noise from construction just outside our room, which started at 7am.

The location was fantastic, with a trolley stop right outside the hotel and easy access to public transportation. We also appreciated the convenience of having a Publix within walking distance for any essentials we needed. The free breakfast provided a decent variety including scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, and cereal. we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

The staff, from the front desk to the valet and restaurant staff, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The omelette cook at breakfast was especially great, serving up delicious omelettes. The hotel's location was convenient, allowing easy access to nearly everything in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added perk of room patios for smokers. the hotel provided excellent overnight accommodations for the price.

No taxis were available, making it difficult to find transportation.
