Great central location. The apartment is right in the heart of Downtown Portland, making it convenient to explore the city's top attractions. The check-in process at the Mark Spencer Hotel was easy, and the staff there were friendly and helpful. The complimentary wine tasting and breakfast at the hotel were nice additions to my stay. I had a pleasant experience at Washington Plaza.

We had a fantastic stay in downtown Portland. The hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities. The parking was convenient and secure. The location in the center of downtown Portland was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable in downtown. It is conveniently close to everything, with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and even a giant bookstore just a block away. The dedicated underground parking garage added to the convenience. The staff was outstandingly polite and helpful throughout my 5-day stay. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a good selection of wholegrain bread and freshly cut fruit.

I felt at home during my stay at Washington Plaza. The location was fantastic, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. The kitchen was fully stocked with basic tools, making it convenient if I wanted to cook. The happy hour offerings of wine, tea, and cookies were a delightful touch. The hotel’s central downtown location was perfect for exploring the city. I had a great experience at Washington Plaza and would highly recommend it.

confusing check-in process

We loved our stay at this hotel in Downtown Portland. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the apartment itself to the sheets and bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, especially the small kitchen facility which made us feel like we were living in the city rather than just staying in a hotel. The location was fantastic, right in Downtown and close to all the cool spots for eating and shopping. We didn't even need to use our car because everything was within walking distance. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, giving us all the information we needed and even offering to help with our bags.

I recently stayed at the Washington Plaza for 3 nights and it was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable and the staff were professional and attentive. Despite the older fixtures and fittings, the room was clean and comfortable. The small fridge, kitchenette, and stove/microwave were really useful amenities. The free breakfast, delicious homemade cookies, and wine reception in the afternoon were delightful touches. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely stay here again.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The happy hour and breakfast provided were fantastic, and the staff was incredibly helpful. We really appreciated that they allowed us to store our bikes in a locked room at no extra charge.

The location of this hotel is perfect! I could easily walk to many places and felt safe as a solo female traveler. The studio apartment was lovely and exactly what I needed. It was comfortable, with a super comfortable bed and a room that got really dark at night. The building was quiet, making for a peaceful stay. The staff were kind and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a popular bookstore nearby. the well-appointed kitchen with a full refrigerator and microwave was a bonus, allowing me to stock up on groceries and enjoy meals in my room. Additionally, the friendly and professional staff made my stay pleasant and enjoyable.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. I was disappointed that there was no coffee or tea provided in the room.
