Friendly staff and great location

Super friendly staff, super convenient location near all the NYC fun! Quick check-in and check-out made life easy. The comfy beds were a nice touch, and the cleaning crew was really nice. Just a bit cramped in the rooms, and the breakfast area gets crazy busy. Wouldn’t hurt if they brightened up the place a bit!

Let me spill the tea on the dining scene! Tick Tock Diner NY, Keens Steakhouse, and American Whiskey are top-notch joints for a feast. The smoked meat at Keens is to die for. Plus, the easy location to Penn Station and the subway makes movin' around a breeze.

So, they're a bit funky with that $195 deposit policy, but hey, everything else still sparkled and shined. Just a lil' quirk in the big apple, no biggie!

The view from my room at the Holiday Inn Express in New York City Chelsea was simply spectacular. I loved looking out at the bustling construction site and feeling the vibrant energy of the city. The free to-go breakfast was convenient, and the staff's friendly demeanor made me feel right at home.

The elevator in the hotel was constantly crowded due to its high occupancy, leading to some lengthy waits and the necessity of using the stairs at times.

We strolled the High Line and hit up Chelsea Piers for some rock climbing – epic fun! Plus, being a skip away from Penn Station made city exploring a breeze!

Yo, just wish they had a cool hangout spot in the hotel for us teens, like a game room or social space.

A green light shows I'm close to Bowling. A stroll to the rooftop's horizon reveals Broadway. If space won't wait, a body move on Park Avenue ends it. Rooms land on walls while horned vehicles slumber. Guests dive into spread-out mornings and indoor plant dens before we tackle the city, home to my British roots. Elevators move at their own speed, don't blink twice. Son's skyscraper dreams touch 450 meters up. Jolly good show.

With its great location, I was able to explore most places in the city, including the fabulous Chelsea Market, which was just a stone's throw away. It felt like stepping into a foodie's paradise, where every corner revealed a new culinary delight.

The shower head provided a comforting spray. There were elevators, making it convenient for guests with heavy luggage. The hotel also had blackout curtains, ensuring a good night's sleep. The amenities provided, such as soaps and shampoo, were of high quality.
