Best aspects of our xmas stay were the clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. the hotel's key location near the beach was very convenient for us. Additionally, having a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in our room was a great advantage that we enjoyed.

Worst aspects of our xmas stay were the long wait for check-in and the unpleasant coffee at breakfast for two out of the three mornings. the outside landscaping of the hotel also looked neglected, which gave a poor first impression.

Great location, just across the street from the beach, with a convenient public beach access parking lot nearby. the hotel is newly renovated, clean, and quiet. the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was hot, delicious, and plentiful.

WiFi instructions were confusing, and the maid service policy was not explained at check-in. On our last night, there was no hot water in the evening and no water at all the next morning, but we were still charged in full for that night without any refund or discount.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and with the option to drive your car onto the beach. The pool was a decent size and great for the kids to swim in. Despite the slightly higher price, the beach access and free breakfast made it worth it. Our group of 18 from Nebraska had an awesome vacation here and we're already talking about coming back. Thank you for making our trip amazing!

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express on Padre Island for a relaxing weekend getaway. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we had a problem with the door lock on Christmas. They quickly arranged for the maintenance man to fix it, even though it was a holiday. The person behind the counter made your order and handed it to you, which worked well and felt safe. a fantastic experience.
