We didn't have breakfast. We came to visit our family, so the location was perfect for us. The room was great and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were heavenly, providing a great night's sleep! We plan on staying here for all our future visits to see family!

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially when we wanted to change rooms for a bathtub. The morning desk staff was nice, and the breakfast staff was exceptional. The rooms had plenty of space and counter space in the bathroom. I loved the different sizes of pillows and the darkening shades in the room. the hotel provided great facilities and amenities.

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express! I was visiting my family for a few days, and the hotel was just a short drive away from them. The bed in my room was huge and super comfortable. I also loved that there was a sofa where I could sit and knit. The staff was fantastic and very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, especially the cheese omelets. The room itself was spacious and clean. The pool was a great addition, and the hot tub was very relaxing. it was a wonderful stay, and I will definitely book again.

The breakfast was really good and had a variety of options. the rooms were spacious and the bathroom had plenty of counter space. Loved the fact that there were two different sizes of pillows. Another advantage was the room had both darkening shades and shades that let in light but provided privacy.

The hotel had a mix-up with my reservation for a handicap accessible room and I was given a room that didn't meet my needs. There was no grab bar near the toilet and the bed was too high for me to climb into.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in New Haven was overall enjoyable. The desk staff in the morning were very nice and the breakfast staff were exceptional. The hotel had a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

The bed in my clean room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to switch rooms for a bathtub. The king-sized bed was very comfortable and having a sofa in the room was a bonus. A reading light next to the sofa would have been helpful. a good stay and I'll definitely book again due to its proximity to my family.
