Got to say, the staff here were as friendly as family. They had free cocoa, which was a nice treat on a cold night. The room was clean, nice and comfy for a good night's sleep. Oh, and the breakfast had a good variety—loved them cheese omelettes! Wish there were more towels at the pool, though.

Staff was extremely warm and accommodating,, breakfast had a great selection including cheese omelettes. Our room was clean, spacious, and quiet for a comfortable night’s sleep.

the holiday inn express was right off the freeway, making it super convenient. we loved the indoor pool and enjoyed the free hot cocoa in the lobby. there was a cracker barrel nearby, perfect for meals after a long day of driving.

Check-in was super quick and friendly I appreciate that kind of service. The bed was really comfortable and we had 4 pillows each like we were royalty or something.

The hotel was conveniently located for our family trip, with easy access to the freeway. My teenage kids loved going to the nearby Cracker Barrel for meals. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the free hot cocoa was a nice touch for everyone.

In my wife’s opinion, the beds could be more comfortable.

The room was super clean and I loved the updated decor. I really enjoyed relaxing in the indoor pool after a long day and also got to soak in the heated pool. The check-in process was a bit rough with my credit card, but it didn’t take away from my positive experience. 😊

Staff was warm and welcoming. The facility is clean inside and outside. Breakfast was available until 9:30, which was great for us. Melissa was super helpful with breakfast and late check-out, even though she was busy.

The room I stayed in was clean but had a couple of issues. I found a sock under the chair and some popcorn kernels on the floor, which was kind of gross. The bathroom had mold spots on the wallpaper and the ceiling was peeling. But the breakfast was a bright spot. it had a good selection. I appreciated the staff's efforts to help with the drain issue in the tub. I don't think I'll come back because of the cleanliness concerns.

This place was just a proper fit for a flying visit in Gas City and great for the money. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Make sure to check out the breakfast options. they had a nice variety to choose from.
