The room I had was Lake Winnisquam, comfortable with a stunning lake view that made every morning a treat. The living room’s fireplace created a cozy atmosphere for relaxing after a day on the water, and I appreciated the selection of games and puzzles available for some laid-back entertainment.

Several issues could dampen the experience a bit. For instance, there were complaints about the tightness of the showers, making it a less than ideal space for larger guests. The stairs leading up to the rooms can be a bit steep and narrow, posing a challenge if you're not spry. Additionally, while the breakfast was delicious, a few guests felt the options were somewhat limited. Some of the amenities, like kayaks, could use better upkeep as well. Lastly, the lack of TVs in the rooms might feel isolating for some who enjoy a bit of media during downtime, and the location is a bit removed from nearby entertainment venues, requiring extra travel for local dining options.

Our room had breathtaking views of Lake Winnisquam, providing a serene backdrop that made every morning a joy. The attached two-story suite was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, filled with thoughtful touches that enhanced our stay. We loved the delicious breakfast that was served each morning, bringing the perfect start to our day of relaxation. The picturesque gazebo across the street made for a lovely spot to unwind while enjoying peaceful waterfront views. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone seeking a cozy getaway!

Had a great time with friends here! We hit up the New England Ski Museum and explored Franconia Notch State Park. Our room was cozy, with beautiful lake views, and breakfast was tasty. Definitely recommend chilling on the porch with some wine and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

One thing to note is the limited breakfast variety. more options would have made it even better. We also found the showers a bit cramped, which was a little uncomfortable.
