We enjoyed our time at Holiday Inn Express. The front desk staff provided great advice for outings and were very friendly. The breakfast was amazing, especially the cinnamon rolls. The lobby always had fresh water and jolly ranchers. The location was also great, right next to the iron mountain hot springs. we would recommend this hotel.

The room at Holiday Inn Express was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and new carpet in the common areas. We also got a great price with a discount. The staff, especially Teal at the front desk, were pleasant and accommodating. At breakfast, there was a good variety including bagels, fruit, and yogurt, making it easy to pack a quick snack for our hike.

As party people, we loved the amazing Manager Myrana, the helpful housekeeping on the 2nd floor, and the sweet breakfast lady who made sure we had everything we needed. The location near Hot Springs and Adventure Park was also great.

The hotel had a great location, within walking distance to the town and hot springs pools. The beds were comfortable and the rooms served all our needs. We loved the water with orange slices at the check-in desk. The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast bar had above-average options with a good selection and quality.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with the room being spotless and well-presented. The hotel facilities were great, especially the availability of ice and washing facilities. The location was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance to the Iron Mtn Hot Springs and Adventure Caverns. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants in close proximity.

There was nothing we didn't like.
