Lettera Hotel made our stay memorable with its beautifully decorated spaces for the holidays and a breakfast spread that never disappointed. The staff, especially Walter, went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home.

If only there was a gym or more storage in the rooms, it would have been perfect. A few more closets would help for longer stays, especially for families.

Loved the stylish decor and how spacious our room was, with a lush balcony and cracking views. Breakfast was champion, with fresh fruit and good coffee! Only downside was the Wi-Fi, bit patchy at times. Still, proper canny stay!

Lettera Hotel is beautifully modern and conveniently located in Poblado near restaurants and shops. The vibrant atmosphere makes evenings enjoyable, and the AC was a blessing during our stay.

However, the bathroom setup lacked some privacy, and the breakfast options could improve. Also, walking back at night can feel a bit sketchy, so we relied on Uber for safety.

The stay was grand! The staff were real sound folks, going above and beyond to help. The brekkie spread was top-notch with loads of options. Only downside was the hills make it a bit tricky to walk back up after a night out, so keep that in mind!

The hotel is a considerable 25-minute uphill walk from Poblado Park!!! The two elevators often lead to frustrating waits for guests!!!

The stay was great, but the Wi-Fi was patchy and could be better. The staff were super helpful, and breakfast had great options! Chur!

Loved the peaceful vibe and the amazing views from higher floors. The jungle-like surroundings were a refreshing escape, and the room was cozy. I was thrilled with how clean and modern everything felt. Definitely chilled out during my stay!

We really enjoyed our family stay. The hotel’s layout was ideal for us with little kids, and breakfast was a highlight every morning. Walter made sure we had everything we needed, even offering bubbles to entertain our daughter during meals.

My kids wished there was a play area or kids' activities available.

One weird thing tho, they had fancy coffee equipment, but no espresso in the morning? Kinda odd. Still, loved being close to all the cool spots in Poblado.

It was just a nice choice for a budget stay in Medellin with good value for the price. The hot shower was a great comfort after a long day of exploring. Try to request a room away from the street for a quieter experience.

Checked in early thanks to the accommodating front desk, which was a great start. The room was spacious and clean, featuring a comfortable bed that made for restful nights. The location is a standout—quiet but close enough to excellent dining and nightlife options. The staff's friendliness added to the experience, and enjoying a fantastic margarita at the hotel bar was a highlight. Vegetarian options on the menu were a nice surprise, enhancing the overall stay.

The breakfast staff were awesome. making our mornings bright! They remembered my dietary preferences, and the variety in the menu was superb. Plus, the location is so chill, peaceful yet right near the nightlife.
