I had an amazing stay at this hotel during an ice storm that shut down the entire Houston area. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a modern feel and plenty of electrical outlets. The bathrooms were spacious with lots of counter space, and the linens were fresh and clean. The location was perfect for my needs, being conveniently located off I-10 and providing easy access to this city.

As low-budget travelers, we really appreciated the comfortable bed and awesome shower setup. The helpfulness of the front desk lady in assisting us in finding hairspray was exceptional. The location was convenient for attending a wedding in Katy. The staff at check-in were accommodating and fulfilled our request to be away from the elevator. a spacious and quiet room with a good layout.

The rooms were just okay, a bit tight in size with unnecessary furniture. the bed advertised as a king size felt more like a queen plus bed.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in Katy for a weekend event and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a modern feel with plenty of electrical outlets. The bathrooms were spacious with ample counter space, and the linens were fresh. Brian, the desk clerk, was incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome. The bed was super comfy, and the hot tub was awesome. This is now my go-to hotel choice and I highly recommend it to others.

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities

We recently stayed at Courtyard and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was well-designed and had all the amenities we needed, from power outlets to a comfortable sofa in the room. The bathroom was beautifully designed too. Only downside was the noise from the floor above, which affected our sleep. Nevertheless, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and amenities.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a big shopping mall with plenty of options. The Bistro in public areas offers delicious food and the staff provide great customer service, as one guest mentioned how helpful they were when searching for hairspray. The rooms are comfortable, with comfortable beds and well-designed shower setups. The staff at check-in are accommodating and considerate in meeting guests' preferences.

There have been incidents of theft in the area, as one guest had their catalytic converter stolen from their vehicle.

Great service from staff, neat outdoor seating area, clean rooms with nice bathroom, and good size pool. Breakfast was also nice, and lobby a good hangout place with friendly bartender.

This hotel in Katy is absolutely stunning! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the beautiful color schemes in the lobby and the guest rooms. The staff here are exceptional, always ready to assist with a smile on their face. And for all you Starbucks lovers out there, you'll be thrilled to know that they offer Starbucks At The Hotel 24/7!
