My family and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in West Valley City for three nights. Our purpose for this trip was a family vacation, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice of hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the pool area was perfect for the kids. They especially loved the water park! The dining room was clean and the food was delicious. We also enjoyed the great fitness room and the various options for lighting and TV channels in the room. we were thoroughly impressed and would 100% stay here again.

The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options for both adults and children. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. The room had great lighting options and a good selection of TV channels. There were plenty of clothes hanging options.

The pool was a fun amenity for my kids. They enjoyed spending time there during our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient for my business trip. It was close to the places I needed to visit, making it easy for me to get around. Lastly, the free breakfast provided a good variety of options, including fresh fruit and juices, which I appreciated.

There were a few negative aspects during my stay. the walls of the hotel were quite thin, and I could hear noises from the neighboring rooms, including a blaring TV late at night.

The hotel's location was excellent as it was close to a shopping center and a water park. The airport was also easily accessible. The rooms were clean and comfortable with well-maintained bathrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Guests appreciated the night staff and complimented their good service. The breakfast was also satisfying with a good selection of food.

Some guests complained about the pool being closed for cleaning without prior notification.

Couldn't stay longer.

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The hotel had a great location near the Maverick Center and Acord Ice Arena, perfect for hockey tournaments. The free breakfast had plenty of choices, including fresh fruit and juices, and the staff efficiently refilled all items. The night staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing for a late checkout and even letting us use the breakfast room to eat pizza after a late hockey game.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express in West Valley City was fantastic! The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The pool area was a hit with the kids, providing endless entertainment. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. I had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.
