The room could have complimentary bottle water for the coffee machine. The towels were not enough, the ones left were dirty and there was no extra.

I recently stayed at a Holiday Inn in a great location for exploring the area. The staff, Tiffany, Brittany, and Amanda, provided excellent customer service and the beds were super comfortable. The room with the spa tub was perfect after a long day of hiking. Highly recommend!
