I loved the free Wi-Fi and the hearty hot and cold breakfast. The bed was so comfy, I slept like a baby. And Old Sturbridge Village was such a blast, living in the 1700s was my dream come true.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express! the hotel had everything we needed, including wifi, an ice machine, and a mini bar. the room was clean and updated, with a nice bathroom and folded towels. the staff was friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of utensils available for ordering takeout. the location was convenient, with many places to eat and shop nearby. it was a good value and met all of our travel needs.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the staff made sure to keep the options supplied. They were friendly and accommodated our needs, even when we arrived late at night. The location of this hotel on a slight hill provided a beautiful view and made it a convenient choice for us when visiting this city.

The staff member, Chris, was exceptional and went above and beyond to resolve any issues we had. The room was impeccably clean and had unique features like a highlight light behind the bed and a convenient interface to plug in my video game console. The amenities like the Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and eco-friendly towel change option were also appreciated. it was a comfortable and convenient stay with friendly staff and easy access to nearby amenities.
