The staff was friendly and dedicated, the beds were comfortable, and the price was excellent. Complimentary coffee, newspapers, apples, water, and warm cookies were a nice touch. The location was great, with shops and restaurants nearby. The pool was awesome and the rooms were well decorated. Free parking and daily bottled water were also provided. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, and balcony. The bathroom was spacious and the flow of traffic was convenient for a family of four. The pullout sofa was a useful addition, and the room was quiet for a good night's sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at a smashing hotel in a great location for sightseeing. The reception staff gave me a warm greeting and even offered me a hot cookie and Prosecco upon arrival. The room was spotlessly clean, well decorated, and equipped with everything I needed. The pool area was beautifully set out and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast at the restaurant was brilliant, with plenty of choices. All the staff were friendly, greeted me with a smile, and made me feel special. I will definitely be going back!

The AC in the room was not cold enough, and the water pressure in the shower was lacking. the cleanliness of the room was decent, but the carpeting was a bit of a concern.

This hotel is located in an amazing area, right on a canal which provides some of the best sunsets in the world. I highly recommend taking advantage of the dock and waterfront tiki bar during your stay. The rooms are clean and well-kept, with housekeeping services ensuring everything is sparkly. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful, making sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

The hotel could use some updating to modernize the facilities and decor.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and genuine welcome we received upon arriving at the hotel. The staff greeted us with smiles and even offered us their famous warm chocolate chip and walnut cookies. Throughout our stay, we felt like valued family members who had just returned home. The hospitality at Doubletree was truly exceptional. Another highlight of our stay was the delicious food served at the hotel. We enjoyed the variety of hot and cold items for breakfast, and the dinner options were equally tasty. The housekeeping staff did a superb job in keeping our room clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the availability of fruit-flavored water in the lobby. Despite being close to a busy road, the noise was minimal inside the room, allowing us to have a peaceful stay. we highly recommend Doubletree for anyone visiting Naples.

A once Grand hotel, new management has abandoned it, is a consistent and still a great choice in the Naples area.

This hotel is worth the stay. The staff are very friendly and attentive to detail. The room is spacious, clean, and inviting. Plus, the location between Naples and Fort Myers is perfect for exploring the area.

We loved the convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, and downtown Naples. The hotel had awesome pool facilities and beautifully decorated rooms. Ample and free parking was also a great bonus. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were all friendly and dedicated to making our stay memorable. We appreciated the daily bottled water and coffee, as well as the 20% reduction on meals. The room was well-equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, and the bathroom was spacious. The layout of the room with a balcony and separate living room was perfect for our family of four. The pullout sofa was an added bonus, allowing one of our college kids to work without disturbing us. And it was incredibly quiet for a good night's sleep, even with the air conditioner on. The bed was comfortable with soft sheets and pillows.
