I recently stayed at Best Western Plus for a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The breakfast selection was impressive and they were quick to replenish items. The lobby was beautifully designed and the pool area was clean and inviting. The hot tub was a much-needed relaxer after a long day. The staff, including the girl at checkout and the morning manager, were friendly and helpful. it was a great value with a friendly staff.

The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful, quickly checking me in and ensuring I got a room on the floor I preferred. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities I needed. The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room - I could see Mt. Bachelor, Broken Top, Three Sisters, the tip of Mt. Washington, and Mt. Jefferson. It was truly amazing. The hotel is also conveniently located near a shopping center with restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite to eat. The breakfast spread in the morning was good, with a variety of options including scrambled eggs and omelets. I had a pleasant experience at Best Western Plus Bend North and would highly recommend it.

Located on the north end of town, the hotel is distant from downtown attractions but close enough to a park and to a homeless area. Breakfast area is comfortable, as per some guests' feedback.

The hotel has to improve its payment policies to avoid charging guests prior without notice, as per one review.

The bed was incredibly comfortable with four pillows, and the hot water was plentiful in the morning. The hotel even saved the day when my teenage son forgot his bathroom supplies by quickly providing a kit. a great stay!
