My stay was absolutely frustrating from the start. I booked well in advance expecting everything to be prepared for my team, only to find our rooms weren't ready at check-in, and the front desk staff was unhelpful, refusing to escalate the issue. To top it off, the noise from other guests was unbearable, especially late at night when I needed my rest for an important event.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was a dream, just off the freeway and super close to shopping and dining options. They even had a Dutch Bros Coffee right by the hotel for my morning fix. Plus, the breakfast spread was delightful— I couldn’t get enough of the warm chocolate cookies served in the evening!

The shower was amazing—good pressure and I liked the unique controls. Lots of USB outlets too, made charging easy. The only bummer was some noise occasionally from outside, but overall, it was a comfy stay.
