The amenities were top-notch, like the guest laundry, snack shack, and clean, spacious rooms. I loved the huge King bed for a restful sleep!

The pool area felt overwhelmingly chemical-laden!!! My room had remnants from previous guests, like hair in the bathtub!!! It would be nice to ensure all surfaces get a proper cleaning before new arrivals!!!

An issue arose with housekeeping. our room was not cleaned for one of the days during our stay, leading to some frustration.

Request housekeeping or room cleaning in advance, especially for longer stays, to ensure your room is attended to during your visit.

The spacious room was clean with two separateclosets and a comfy seating area. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a variety of tasty options like pancakes, omelettes, and bacon. The staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful.

Unfortunately, housekeeping was inconsistent, leaving remnants from previous guests. The bed pillows were too soft for my liking, and the Wi-Fi connection was a bit shaky at times. Also, we lacked a small fridge, which would have been a nice touch.

the holiday inn express offered a nice suite with two queen beds and had great amenities like guest laundry and vending machines. we loved the indoor pool and the fitness center was a standout feature. plus, the location was super convenient to explore all of montana.

the pool and spa area were incredibly well-kept,, and the breakfast featured fresh waffles! staff were pleasant and welcoming. a nice change having actual hot food options until 10am!

The suite was really nice! It had a separate bedroom door, which was great for some privacy. Tons of space with two closets and a comfy living room area. Super clean, and the bed was comfy too! Only thing was I could have used a bit more lighting in the living area. But honestly, it was perfect for our two-night stay!

the bathroom door kept closing halfway,, but breakfast had a good variety and the pancakes were fun to use. the staff were friendly and very helpful too. There was a nice gym to use.

The breakfast was solid, especially the biscuits and gravy. My family enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenience of its location right on the bus line to Uptown. Plus, Katelyn at the desk was super helpful regarding our stay.

My wife says that the pool could use less chlorine.
