I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, as it is within walking distance of Oxford centre and very close to the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and one of the best I've had at a hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were also top-notch.

As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the variety of options available at the sophisticated steakhouse, including a fixed menu breakfast that we found more satisfying than a buffet. The staff, especially Kyle, Kay, and Nadia, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and needs were met. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, even leaving breakfast goodies in our refrigerator when we had to check out early. Along with the excellent facilities and amenities, the hotel's location was a major highlight. Being just a 3-minute walk from Oxford train station and a 10-minute walk from the town center and Oxford University made exploring the city very convenient. We would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant to our friends and colleagues.

The food for breakfast could have been improved by providing a shower mat to prevent slips in the bathroom and adding some storage space for soap and shampoos.

The location of the hotel is perfect - easily accessible from both the train and bus stations and within walking distance of all the main attractions. the staff are friendly and accommodating, making you feel instantly welcome. the breakfast options are delicious, including a variety of both cooked and continental options. Plus, they offer complimentary bottled water and fresh milk to keep in the fridge in your room - perfect for a cup of tea.

The room can get quite stuffy and the provided fan can be a bit noisy at night. There's also no kettle in the room, so making a cup of tea can be a bit of a challenge.
