We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel was overall clean. Our room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The pool area was nice, and we loved the warm pool. The location was convenient, with restaurants and gas stations nearby. The breakfast provided a good variety of options.

One major issue was the noise disturbance from neighboring guests. Despite the management's intervention, the situation was not handled well, as the manager failed to address the problem directly and lacked proper customer service skills.

The database bed was incredibly comfy, and our suite had plenty of room. The spaciousness of the room was exceptional and it was kept exceptionally clean. The breakfast had lots of options and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were also provided with an extra blanket in the room. Furthermore, the heated indoor pool was a wonderful bonus, especially for our four grandkids.

The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was absolutely phenomenal. It filled me up for the day, and Courtney, a member of the breakfast staff, was super friendly and helpful. She kept the dining area clean and food stocked. The hotel also had a gorgeous property, and the rooms were decorated impeccably. The staff in general were engaging and accommodating. If I am ever in this city again, this hotel will definitely be my top choice!
