The hotel's modern decor and amenities added to the overall positive experience. Moreover, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure that all guests felt welcome and comfortable throughout their stay.

During Xmas, I stayed at a hotel that offered complimentary breakfast and cookies in the lobby. The hotel was conveniently located a short walk from shops and restaurants. The TV in the room was a decent size and had plenty of channels.

My experience was ruined by the uncomfortable bed that was too hard and the pillows that were lumpy. The heating system was so loud it kept me up at night.
