I had an amazing stay at a hotel in this city. The staff made me feel like family and went above and beyond to help me and other guests. The hotel had a great location, close to a new mall and right next to the beach. The room I stayed in had a fantastic ocean view and the Moroccan decor was beautiful. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including made-to-order eggs by a friendly chef. the hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is also not too far from the Medina, which allows for lovely walks by the seaside. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, with some even offering a beautiful ocean view. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The hotel's pool isn't big enough for swimming, but it is still a relaxing spot to lounge around.

Additionally, the team at the restaurant, especially Jamila, provided excellent service and made dining a wonderful experience. the attentive and accommodating staff truly made a difference during our Christmas stay.

One of the downsides during our stay was the thin walls in the rooms. We could hear noise from the neighboring rooms, such as showers and conversations, which was a bit disruptive at times.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the fact that the staff was very helpful and accommodating. They made sure that my room was ready early in the morning when I arrived, which was a great convenience after a long journey. Another great aspect was the cleanliness of the room. It was spotless and well-maintained, making my stay very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's location right by the beach was a major advantage. I enjoyed being able to take a few steps and find myself on the beautiful beach.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that I found disappointing. the restaurant in the hotel was a bit pricey.

We reported it, but it wasn't fixed during our stay, making the room uncomfortably hot. Our room also didn't have an ocean view as advertised. Despite this, I would recommend this hotel for its location and overall comfort.

There were occasional disturbances during the day and late at night, with staff knocking on the door for various reasons, even when the "do not disturb" sign was put up.
