The front staff at the Holiday Inn Express on North Spruce Street were excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We were greeted with a warm smile and they were always available to assist with any questions or requests we had. It's always a relief to be greeted by such friendly faces after a long day of traveling.

The breakfast each day was plentiful, hot, and ready. Although it was busy, there was always enough food to go around.

There is also a spacious seating area with a nice view, perfect for enjoying a quiet meal. a nice place to stay for families with small kids.

We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Colorado Springs and had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located near all the attractions we wanted to visit. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, which made our stay even more convenient. Despite the ongoing renovation, the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to accommodate our early check-in request. The breakfast provided by IHG was satisfactory. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed, and the view of the mountains from our room was breathtaking. The pool and hot tub were also a nice addition to our stay.
