I had a fantastic stay in this spacious 3 bedroom condo. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The location of the condo was absolutely amazing, with easy access to the subway and within walking distance to the main attractions of this city. Being close to the subway made it convenient to explore this city and visit major Manhattan sights.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. The location was convenient for our visit and the hotel felt safe. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the dog area for our pets. The highlight of our stay was the kind and empathetic front desk clerk, Donna, who treated us like family. The breakfast was also a nice touch, with a friendly attendant who made our mornings special.

The showers at the hotel were not great, with water dribbling down and not coming out forcefully. Additionally, the breakfast could have been better, as the eggs didn't taste good and there was no bacon despite the sign advertising it.

Check-in was hassle-free and received a complimentary upgrade to a spacious suite. Daily cleaning and excellent staff. Enjoyed the comfortable beds and peaceful atmosphere. Would recommend for visitors to the area.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express during our recent visit to Columbus. The location was perfect for accessing Fort Benning and the National Infantry Museum. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Despite a few minor issues, such as an air conditioner acting up and a broken fridge , our overall experience was positive. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.
