The HVAC system wasn't working properly.

Friendly check-in staff made a good first impression.

My experience was marred by multiple issues. I was double charged for my stay. it took considerable time to resolve it. Furthermore, I had to complain about an additional smoking fee, which was absolutely unfair given that I am a non-smoker. What’s more frustrating is that the manager entered my room without knocking to address a non-existent "smoke smell". Such experiences overshadowed the positives.

During my recent family trip, we enjoyed our stay immensely. The pool and hot tub were a huge plus for the kids, and the breakfast selection was excellent. It was unfortunate that the bathroom only had towels for two, and we had to request additional towels each day, but overall, cleanliness was excellent. The location was quite convenient for local attractions and restaurants, and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel offered a comfortable stay with a great location near shopping and dining. While my room was clean and the bed was cozy, I had issues with the key card not working on multiple occasions. The internet was also slow, but the indoor pool and hot tub were inviting. Great for families but could improve on maintenance and staff responsiveness.

Ask the staff for extra coffee supplies, as the in-room coffee pot may be finicky. The lobby bar has great options too.

Check-in had some initial issues with the room key not working multiple times, and the temperature was a bit uncomfortable at first. However, the room was clean and newly refurbished, and the bed was comfortable. Perfect for a short stay, especially with restaurants within walking distance.

Had an awesome time with friends! We hit up the local mall for shopping and checked out a nearby restaurant for some great eats. The place was super homey, and the indoor pool was a lifesaver to cool off after a long day. Definitely recommend the breakfast. it was top-notch.

One downside was the Wi-Fi. it was spotty at times, which was a bit frustrating when we needed to look up places.

The bed was super comfy, the shower had great water pressure, and the place was spotless. I loved having a microwave and fridge in the room – perfect for late-night snacks!

However, some maintenance is definitely needed – I felt like I was on a first-name basis with the maintenance crew! And don’t get me started on the slow elevator – I thought I was stuck in a time warp!

Comfortable stay with nice amenities

I enjoyed my stay with a super comfy bed and clean bathroom. Water pressure in the shower was great! I loved the well-stocked snack bar too. Just a heads up, the road noise from I-10 was really noticeable at times, which was a bit annoying. Overall, a cozy spot with plenty of nearby dining options.

The indoor pool and hot tub were refreshing. Our room had modern décor that made it feel cozy and stylish.

The indoor pool was perfect for my kids, and the hot tub was super nice after a long day. The staff at the snack bar were friendly, but the Wi-Fi was kinda spotty at times. Overall, I loved the comfy beds and how clean everything was. Definitely made our family trip easier!

Can just recommend for a short visit
