My family and I stayed at Silverheart in their cozy cottage for a few days while exploring the area. The cottage was perfect for us, with a kitchenette and laundry facilities. The property had a lovely deck and yard, which my teenage kids enjoyed, and there were even chickens onsite. The hosts were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was convenient, with downtown Independence within walking distance and easy access to main roads and the interstate.

We had a wonderful stay at Silver Heart Inn & Cottages. The attention to detail by the owner/operators was exceptional. From the delicious breakfast to the cozy cottage with separate living and dining areas, everything exceeded our expectations. The history of the house added to the unique charm. Despite being on a busy street, the traffic noise quieted down at night and didn't bother us. we highly recommend this comfortable and welcoming inn for a great value stay.

The sound insulation effect was not good, and we could hear people's voices clearly in the washroom. some of the bedding was dirty and some areas had bugs.
