Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast with variety, good coffee.

Our suite had a small kitchen, sofa, separate bedroom, and a wonderful walk-in shower. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to the college, shops, taverns, and train station.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Elkins for 3 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. They even took the time to show me how to use the remote control in my room. The breakfast offered a delicious variety with hot, fresh options and the staff kept everything stocked and hot. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and had extra plugs, which was convenient for our devices. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, cleanliness, and amenities.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk from the RR Depot. This was perfect for us as we were taking a train excursion from Elkins. The breakfast had a wide variety of selections and the pancake maker was a fun addition. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a wonderful walk-in shower. our experience at the Holiday Inn Express was outstanding.

Excellent location for train rides and local attractions, within walking distance to the train depot, Mountain Music Theater, and downtown area. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Noisy bathroom fan and a noisy refrigerator that had to be turned off. Lingering odor of cigarettes in the room and stained upholstery on the desk chair.

The hotel was very clean, with friendly staff and great breakfast and coffee options. The bathroom and linens were also very nice. The pool looked inviting but unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to enjoy it. a fantastic stay.

As early birds, we loved the convenience of the hotel's location near the train station and festival grounds. The nearby shops and taverns were an added bonus for exploring the area. The breakfast spread exceeded our expectations, with the pancakes being a personal favorite. The clean and well-maintained room had plenty of plugs for all our devices, including our sleep machines. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even helping us with the remote control. Highly recommend!
