The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The staff was always available and helpful, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The location was ideal, being conveniently close to shopping and services, and just a short distance from family. It made it easy for us to get around without renting a car.

All was satisfactory with no major issues.

Loved the comfortable beds and spacious rooms at this hotel. the location was also very convenient, near the freeway and town. the breakfast, although not perfect, had a good selection and the staff member in charge was friendly and personable.

The biggest downside was the difficulty in finding the hotel. There was almost no signage and it took us quite some time to locate it.

The hotel had everything I needed, including a fantastic breakfast with plenty of variety. The staff, especially the lady in charge of breakfast, were kind and accommodating. The room was great and the check-in process was quick and easy. I was even allowed to keep the same room after booking through a different service.

Stayed here during Christmas and it was fantastic! the staff was amazing, especially the lady serving breakfast. the variety of breakfast options was great and ordering the night before made it easy. the room was clean and comfortable. We had a king bed with a fridge and microwave. the location was also convenient, close to the highway and parking was available. a great experience!

The breakfast area was small and crowded during my stay. There weren't many options for seating, especially for solo travelers.

The staff was exceptional, offering a discount and catering to my needs. Breakfast was delicious with ample choices. The hotel was clean and well-organized. The rooms were luxurious, with silk-like sheets and extra accommodations for my disability.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly welcome at Holiday Inn Express. The front desk lady, Ms. Mitchell, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast staff was also fantastic, serving a hot and fresh breakfast with a smile. Despite being off the highway, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, and we enjoyed the convenience of having fast food and local restaurants within walking distance. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus too.

Great customer service, clean and comfortable rooms, perfect pool and hot tub. Breakfast selection was impressive and the treat for kids was a nice touch. Location is convenient, with several restaurants and a gas station with grocery section nearby. Best of all, we got a suite with a bedroom, lounge, and a small kitchen area. Amazing value for the price.

The room located near the highway was a bit noisy at night due to traffic. Some cleanliness issues with the bathroom and the toiletries.

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was cold, perfect for the hot weather. the staff, especially the manager and kitchen staff, were very nice.

The check-in process was very long and the staff was not friendly. the cleanliness of the hotel was lacking, with particulate matter on the carpets and stains in the bathroom.

Couldn't fault.

Convenient location near major highways and shops, making it easy to explore the area. Comfortable and luxurious beds that provided a good night's sleep. the presence of a microwave and mini refrigerator in the room was a great added convenience.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par, with particulate matter on carpets and stains in the bathroom. Drainage issues in the shower resulted in standing water.

holiday inn express ev exceeded my expectations! friendly staff, surprise discount, and a pleasant property. the breakfast was fantastic, with lots of variety. the room was great, and check-in was a breeze. definitely staying here again!
