Clean facilities and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast coffee was a bit too weak for my taste.

who knew a hotel could get sooo many things wrong? the unsanitary carpet and outdated tiles, not to mention the dreary lighting, were striking! and i expected a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles. but alas, i was treated like just another guest. almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't!

I had a pleasant stay overall. the breakfast offerings were delicious, the room was spacious and clean, but the carpet had some stains. I'd consider staying again!

The room was fantastic, offering comfort and style. Breakfast was just average, with a basic buffet spread available. The standout was the truly welcoming staff, who made our stay more pleasant. Quick check-in added to a positive experience, despite the need for some improvements around common areas.

During my solo stay, I appreciated the hotel’s convenient location near plenty of restaurants and shops, making dining and exploring super easy. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant experience overall.

The elevator's black mat was a bit worn and needed some cleaning.

the couch in my room was absolutely disgusting, covered in stains like no one cares. and the breakfast? terrible. i was underwhelmed, where’s the royal treatment for such a grand establishment? a simple upgrade could have saved the experience, but i guess that's too much to ask these days. almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

Friendly staff made us feel welcome with a clean lobby and quick responses to requests. The small in-room kitchen was a plus.

Inconsistent housekeeping led to limited supplies and cleanliness issues in common areas. The breakfast selection was lacking variety and often cold.

Lancaster had some great culinary finds, especially the freshly caught fish that just blew me away! The staff, like the wonderful Denise, really went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and the cleaning crew was diligent, keeping everything tidy.

We stayed two nights, but Wi-Fi was a hassle. Asking for help felt like a waiting game with no timeline for a fix. Breakfast was a bit hit or miss, one day no cereal, the next day missing items. Yet despite the foibles, the charm of Lancaster kept shining through.

Common areas need serious attention!!! Unclean carpets are definitely off-putting!!! The pool often feels unsanitary and isn't warm enough!!! Room decor is dated and could use some refreshing touches to elevate the experience!!!

We loved the spacious room, which comfortably accommodated our family of four. The location was fantastic, as it was close to various family-friendly restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, with something for everyone including our picky eaters.

This was just a suitable option for a city escape in Lancaster with good value. The staff quickly provided extra blankets when I asked, which made sleeping much more comfortable. If you're sensitive to noise, consider asking for a room away from busy areas.

Denise was just fabulous, making us feel at home after a long day. Our family enjoyed the spacious room, and the cleaning crew was super respectful, promptly fulfilling our towel requests.

The A/C was more of a polite suggestion than a working unit, and the fridge could've doubled as a sauna—took ages to cool! Guess I should've packed ice cubes instead!

This hotel was just an excellent fit for a weekend outing in Lancaster with good value. The staff were quick to respond when I needed an extra blanket late at night, which made my stay much more comfortable. Try to get a room away from the elevator for some peace and quiet.
