The staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful. Miss Ann in the dining room stood out. The hotel was clean and new. The pillows were comfortable. The information on how to relax for a good night's sleep was appreciated.

Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including pancakes, eggs, sausage. The kitchen staff were friendly and the food was hot and fresh. I had a great stay and will definitely be back.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Goldsboro for a weekend getaway with my family. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options that all the kids loved. Ms. Ann, one of the breakfast staff, was amazing. She greeted us warmly and made our mornings wonderful. She kept everything tidy and took the time to speak to each of us with care. The customer service reps at check-in were the best I've encountered anywhere in NC. They were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. I will definitely recommend this place and return in the future.

Although my stay at Holiday Inn Express was mostly positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. I would have appreciated a choice of teas, such as Lipton tea, as the only available option was a bit expensive.

They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. the quick elevators and easy parking were convenient. the location of the hotel was also great, with key attractions and amenities nearby. the service and location were the best aspects of our stay.
