We had a great xmas at this hotel. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and offered us excellent service. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping centers and restaurants. The comfortable and clean rooms were a plus. And we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was offered every morning.

The check-in process was a bit frustrating, as there were some issues with the reservation and it took some time to sort it out. These aspects made our stay less enjoyable and may deter us from returning in the future.
