I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The value for the price was unbeatable, and the room itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was convenient, right off the highway and close to many restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I was driving from TX to PA and stopped here along the way. Before I arrived, I received a phone call from an employee and she asked if I was still coming. . I said yes, and she said here’s my manager. The manager asked me questions about the room I booked and when I hung up my daughter and I laughed because we had NO idea why they really called. They never answered me when I asked them. When I arrived at the hotel, I went in to check-in and when the employee ran my credit card she yelled “your card is declined! ” I said please try it again, that card is fine. She yelled again. “your card is still declining. Give me another card! ” Excuse me? GIVE me another card? I called the card company and they stated that the hotel didn’t even try to charge the card yet. I allow the employee to listen to what the card company was telling me and she had a whole huge attitude! She finally calls her manager on speaker phone and that conversation was like the blind leading the blind on the computer. The manager finally said that we could go into our room and they will figure it out. I came back down to get something out of my car and the same employee was on her cell phone , sitting in the lobby and when I walked by she SCREAMS. ”mam, your card went through! I charged it now! ” So embarrassing. Later, my adult daughter calls the front desk and asks what the wifi password was and the same employee barely says the password and hangs up on my daughter. My card was fine. My daughter has manners. but When someone screams your card declined give me another one and then when your daughter is hung up on. UNPROFESSIONAL!
