Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

There were a few negatives during our stay. there was an issue with the spa bath in the suite I booked.

Nothing all good.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, surrounded by various restaurants and close to grocery stores, Starbucks, and other amenities. It was also conveniently situated near the highway, making it easy to access other parts of the city. Additionally, the breakfast provided was enjoyable, although it would have been nicer if the hot options were more consistently available.

There were a few disappointing aspects during my stay. Firstly, the issue with the entryway light being connected to the bedside lamp was frustrating as it meant I couldn't turn off the lamp without keeping the entryway light on, impacting my sleep quality.

The location was excellent, convenient to many places. Comfortable bed and spacious rooms. The breakfast had a good variety and the staff went above and beyond by returning my lost phone and charging it for me.

Breakfast had good variety and the staff returned a forgotten phone, even charging it. The waitress was attentive and made the experience personal. The cleaning staff went out of their way to return car keys. Great location, comfortable bed, and friendly check-in.

Our recent stay at Holiday Inn Express was a delight. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast spread was outstanding. The hot cheese omelet and bacon were delicious, and the fresh fruit and yogurt added a healthy touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

The value for money was great, the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient with many nearby amenities. The staff treated us like family, especially the friendly waitress during breakfast who made sure we had everything we needed and engaged in delightful chats with us.
