Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Well-located boutique accommodation with modern rooms and facilities. Friendly, helpful staff who had good English language skills. Easy access to major sites and popular dining spots on foot. Indoors were always clean while the decor was lovely and contemporary. a recommendable option for a comfortable stay in the city.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel with high ceilings and an amazing view. The design of the room was stunning and the location couldn't have been better. The staff were pleasant and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

There were a few minor issues such as the pendant lights in our room not having bulbs and the conditioner bottle needing a refill. Additionally, the rooftop bar had a Mexican theme that didn't quite fit with the hotel's overall ambiance.

We loved staying at this venue. Nestled amongst historic streets, this hotel was within walking distance of almost all the main attractions. We loved being able to explore everything on foot. The service was top-notch; room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry were available. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and pet amenities were even available. Tours and ticket assistance were also provided. The room amenities were great; it had everything we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The sitting area, terrace, and in-room safe added to our comfort. The patio and soundproofed rooms were added bonuses. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming.

We also enjoyed the variety of dining options, including a sushi restaurant and a more formal restaurant. The rooms were of high quality, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. In terms of location, we were pleased to find that the hotel was just a short walk from popular attractions like Trastevere, Campo dei Fiori, and the Pantheon. Despite being conveniently located, the hotel was tucked away from the crowds, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. The aesthetic of the hotel was pleasing, with cozy rooms featuring a private bar and Marshalls to create a pleasant ambiance. Attention to detail was evident, with luxurious bathroom amenities and a special selection for morning or evening showers. Before leaving for the day or after returning from a long day of exploring, we were treated to a glass of cold Prosecco, which was a heavenly touch. our stay at Chapter Roma was an experience in itself, and we highly recommend it.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was incredibly convenient, just a short walk away from the train station and all the main attractions. It was also situated in a vibrant area with plenty of shops and eating areas. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. Additionally, the rooftop restaurant and lobby bar were great amenities for guests to enjoy. Plus, the hotel offered a charming retro atmosphere that I found quite appealing.

The price of drinks at the bar were significantly higher than other places we visited during our stay. It was a bit disappointing as it limited our options for a nightcap.

My Christmas stay was amazing! The sparkling wine on arrival and the surprise gift placed on my bed made me feel special. The location was superb, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were friendly; it was like having a personal concierge. They even made dinner reservations for me at a restaurant they recommended. The room was spotless and modern with great amenities. I especially loved the twice-daily room service, what a treat!

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The hot dishes took quite some time to arrive, and the selection was not as extensive as expected.

My recent stay at a modern funky hotel located next to Jewish Ghetto exceeded my expectations. The young and amazing staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was incredibly comfortable, with high ceilings, spaciousness, and two large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The highlight was definitely the larger than average shower. I requested a quiet room, and they delivered. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Jewish Ghetto, Trastevere, and various historical sites. The breakfast options were lovely, with the option to order from the menu for a fresh and delicious meal. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again during my next visit to Rome.
