The location near the mall is a major advantage and saves time for anyone looking to shop. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The friendly staff are attentive and helpful, and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. The hotel provides a play area for kids with CCTV monitoring which can be viewed on apartment TV.

The elevator can be crowded at times which could be an inconvenience for some guests.

The staff at Aswar Hotel Suites were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in earlier, which was a great help. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and furnished with everything we needed, including free wifi, internet TV, microwave, fridge. The cleanliness of the apartment was satisfactory, with enough towels and blankets provided. The kids' playroom in the lobby was a big hit with my children, providing them with entertainment during our stay.

The only downside to our stay at Aswar Hotel Suites was the cleanliness issue. While the apartment was clean, there seemed to be an excessive use of air fresheners, which gave the impression of cleanliness but lacked proper deep cleaning.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say I had a great experience. The location was perfect, as it was very near to Rashid mall which was convenient. The room amenities were fantastic with an ironing board, air conditioning, and a flat-screen tv. The staff were very attentive to my needs and the service was amazing with room laundry, grocery shopping service, and excellent room service. I also enjoyed the in-room breakfast, which was delicious. I had a very comfortable stay here.

the air conditioning remotes were not functioning properly, causing discomfort in the room. the shower was not properly isolated, resulting in a wet bathroom.
