I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for everything I wanted to visit in this city. The hotel facilities, especially the kids splash area and huge hot tub, were excellent. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had a lot of options. this hotel was clean and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

I gotta say, the value we got for our money at this hotel was top-notch. The room was superb, spacious, and super comfy, perfect for our family and even our furry friend. The location was great too, close to everything we needed. And oh boy, the staff! They were so friendly and made us feel right at home.

The breakfast offerings could use a little improvement. Just a small tweak would make it even better.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express for an early Christmas celebration with our large party of 17. Despite the hotel being packed, the rooms were incredibly quiet, ensuring everyone had a good night's sleep. The pool area was fantastic, with a spacious hot tub, a nice-sized pool, and a wading pool with a delightful fountain. The breakfast options were plentiful and included healthy choices. We also appreciated the two choices of pillow firmness/softness, and the staff were friendly. The hotel's location was ideal, and the common areas and lobby were well-kept.

The sliding doors in the suite had glass, making it impossible to have a dark and private bedroom. This was a bit disappointing, as we were hoping for a more secluded and intimate setting during our stay.
