The suite was clean and newly renovated, which was a pleasant surprise. The complimentary breakfast was good, offering a variety of options. The location was convenient, being close to the area we were visiting and surrounded by several restaurants.

The front desk staff seemed absent at times, leading to delays in getting assistance. The sofa bed in the suite was uncomfortable to sleep on.

One unique feature we appreciated was the holder in the shower for the shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Additionally, Josh at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had adjoining rooms. the Holiday Inn Express provided a great experience with its nice amenities, good breakfast, and perfect location.
