As longer-term business travelers, we were highly impressed by our stay at this hotel. The staff exceeded our expectations with their kindness, professionalism, and quick responsiveness to any questions we had. The breakfast was wonderful, with a fantastic hostess who prepared and served it with great care. We also enjoyed the Tuesday night get-together, where the food was delicious. The check-in experience was made even better by the sweet and welcoming young lady at the front desk. The manager also made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We can't mention their names, but their outstanding service is worth noting. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and recommending it to others.

The beds at this hotel were huge and comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel had the best pillows I have ever experienced at a Holiday Inn. the water pressure in the shower was also fantastic. the friendly staff made the stay even better, and the hotel's convenient location near the performance venue and shopping options was a major plus. Being just a short drive to downtown was also a great advantage.

I had some issues with the cleanliness of my room during my stay. the tub was dirty and there were hair everywhere in the shower.
