I was in town for my son's graduation and had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express in Natchitoches. The general manager and staff went above and beyond in their service to us. They even offered to bring us to our destination when we had car trouble. The kindness they showed us in this small town is something we will never forget. Despite being sick, the staff was professional and kind, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and I would definitely return whenever I'm in the area. The friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and refreshing pool were also highlights of our stay.

Occasional noise from other guests during our stay, especially when there were baseball events or teams staying. Also, there were a few maintenance issues in our room such as a malfunctioning toilet, low water pressure, and non-functional amenities like a coffee pot and a phone.
