We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! Not only was the location perfect, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We were impressed by the variety of breakfast options available, and the eating area was clean and tidy. Our room had everything we needed, including a cozy sofa to relax on after a long day. Plus, the views out our window were stunning, just like we hoped for.

I recently stayed at a hotel just off of I40 and it was perfect for our travel itinerary. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel provided basic amenities and the prices were very reasonable. The location was great for visiting sights and activities around the Smoky area. it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

Great place to stay for those on a budget. Conveniently located near the freeway, yet providing a quiet atmosphere. The rooms are clean and well-kept with comfortable bedding. The staff is polite and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The breakfast offers a variety of options including a pancake maker, however, it could use some improvements such as fixing the juice machine and providing water to drink. a nice stay in an otherwise plain stopover on the road.

The hotel facilities were excellent, particularly the indoor pool which we really enjoyed. The cleanliness of the bathroom, lobby, and room was also impressive. Moreover, the location of the hotel was ideal as it was right off the interstate, making it convenient for us to explore the Gatlinburg area. we had a comfortable and pleasant stay with great sleeping comfort and outstanding staff service.

I had a delightful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Newport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a variety of options to choose from. Despite a minor issue with noise from other guests, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had an indoor pool, which was a nice bonus. the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk who gave great recommendations for places to eat. the location was also convenient, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

There were a few issues with the room and amenities. the bathroom had a broken shower faucet and there were no hooks to hang anything on.
