I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Mineral Wells for a weekend getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were just what I needed to relax. The breakfast spread had a nice variety of options and everything tasted great. The hotel itself was very clean and well-equipped, and the fitness room had top-notch machines. Melissa at the front desk was friendly and helpful, making our check-in process a breeze. Our room had a beautiful countryside view, and the noon checkout was a nice perk. a wonderful stay!

The manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay was affordable and enjoyable.

my Christmas stay at this hotel was enjoyable. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a nice big flat-screen TV and new furniture. the bathroom was spotless. the breakfast was good, and the staff in the breakfast area were friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated the spacious and inviting pool area. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were accommodating and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

One issue I encountered during my stay was the noise from outside. the hotel is located near a busy highway, and the noise from the vehicles traveling on the road was quite bothersome.

It was also great that they allowed pets to stay with us.

One downside was the poor communication regarding payment. I had requested to pay in cash at check-out, but ended up being double charged on my card.
