Well-stocked breakfast, excellent staff, lovely fountain and tree-filled patio, clean and large rooms, spacious entrance for unloading, separate lobby and breakfast area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was wonderful and the dining room was spotless. By 9 AM, most everything was empty. The entrance outside was shaded and covered, making it convenient for unloading our car. The lobby and breakfast area were separate and could accommodate many people. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with a large luggage holder and plenty of coat hooks. The room entry and bathroom were tiled, followed by clean carpets. The beds had both soft and hard pillows. We also appreciated the room safe, which was large enough for a laptop, and the abundance of outlets for electronic devices throughout the room. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a well-equipped exercise room and a clean pool and jacuzzi that opened to a tree-shaded patio. The air conditioning/heater was quieter than most, providing a comfortable stay. the staff was excellent and the location was close to many dining options.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a variety of items in the pantry to sell. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the perfect temperature. the kitchen and dining area were very clean and well-maintained.

The elevator was slow and constantly busy, which was inconvenient, especially for elderly guests. There should be a separate service elevator for employees to ensure guests have enough space.

Breakfast delicious - recommend cinnamon rolls. Convenient location by freeway, food options, and gas stations. Clean, spacious room. Dog-friendly with cute outdoor space. Quick, helpful and super friendly front desk.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Ontario for two nights during our road trip. The room was sparkling clean and had everything we needed, and more. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to find and safely return my wedding ring that I had left behind. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on while traveling. The hotel's strategic location made it the perfect stopover between Pendleton and Boise.
