We stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Ozona for a few nights during a natural disaster and the staff went above and beyond to address the situation. Liz at the front desk was AMAZING! Despite a reservation mix-up, she managed to get us into a room and was incredibly sweet and empathetic throughout. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the beds were comfortable. The place seemed relatively new and the breakfast was awesome. Highly recommended!
