We recently stayed at this lovely hotel for 11 nights. The location was excellent, just around the corner from Gloucester Road Tube Station and most places were in walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable and had a nice view. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in. We also appreciated the free drinks voucher we received upon our return to the hotel.

Breakfast options were fine but the space was limited, resulting in a short wait for a clear table at peak times. However, this hotel is highly recommended for families.
